We would have been thrilled either way, but now we will have one of each! Caden is such a sweet brother already. He lifts my shirt multiple times a day, while kissing and hugging my belly, and saying bay-bee. February 1st is coming fast!

Update on the last 4 Months!
To all who follow our blog...I am so sorry for the let down. I seriously might have to take a break each summer. We travel for 2-3 months every summer and many times don't have internet so it's a little hard to keep up. I am up and rolling again so please stick with us. Here's my attempt to catch you up on what's going on with the McDaniel crew! We've had a fabulous few months. So sit tight and get ready to smile. There's lots of fun in store!
Baby #2 COMING FEBRUARY 2010!!!
Yes, for those of you who do not know...we are having another little joy. We are thrilled of course. Monday, 8/31/09, is the day we find out the sex. Will keep you posted

He's simply amazing! My husband got to experience his first Father's Day this year! He loves being Caden's Daddy. Caden and I picked out for him a saw set. As you can see, they both were all smiles. Jason informed me that a tool for any holiday would always be fine with him! Jason, you are a great Father.
Aruba, Aruba. Just what we needed. In July, Jason and I took a vacation, for almost free I might add, to Aruba. I enjoyed my husband so much. We rested for an entire 5 days. Imagine waking up to this view every morning. It was incredible.
Our first haircut! No one but Tracy could do this for us. So we waited until we got back to Durham to see her. Caden was a little squirmy, but he survived. She did a fabulous job. He's a little handsome boy.
Some of our favorite summer play pictures!
Highlight: The little rascal now knows how to stick his tongue out thanks to Dad. It's really cute of course! He also has been walking for a month; pictures will be coming.
That's it for this novel of a blog. I promise to stay on track. Hope you enjoyed our summer recap.
