Congrats Rachael. We are so proud of you!!!This past Saturday night Rachael Delaney was the first runner-up in the Miss Neuse scholarship pagent in Kinston. We live with Rachael's family each summer when we go to Kinston. We have always had a special love for her. Her humility and light is an inspiration.
